- Drive the organization vision “Best in Class” at the Point of Sale (POS)
Maximize off take on company brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Trade Marketing team, Brand Managers & Sales Team.
Develop & deliver necessary trainings for merchandizers and promoters if needed.
- Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches.
- Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners’ sales teams whenever needed.
- Execute periodically trade initiatives to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.
- Develop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers’ insights.
- Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.
- Present to Sales and Marketing Managers proposed yearly promotional plan for approval.
- Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges
- Manage Trade Marketing budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price.
- Maintain monthly Images for the market executions across all brands shared with the marketing team
- Responsibility for the visibility checks and executions upon supplier visits
- Coordination with the sales team to implement the needed in the market with the merchandisers
- Assist towards the formulation of Trade Marketing Strategy in line with the business unit strategy, development of annual plans for the brands managed, and marketing budgets;
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area;
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish sales targets for the sales team. Thus to ensure growth in sales while maintaining margins levels
- Analyse sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
