-Input Loan data in Ethix Credit system.
-Loan close/changes data in Ethix Core sytem.
-GL Entry processing in Ethix Branch/GFS system.
-AML Name Search and handling of alert messages in OMNI AML System.
-Review of transaction documents and preparation of Availment Tickets for approval wherever required.
2.Customer Service & Product Selling:
-Deal with customers in a prompt and courteous manner to provide quality customer service
-Adhere to the time lines on processing and delivery as per agreed SLA with stake holders.
-Loan maturity notices.
-Maintain efficient filing system for the transactions.
-Prepare Bi-Monthly/Monthly/Semi-Annual CBK Reports and other MIS reports
-Physical Verification of Transaction Records as per Procedure at periodic intervals.
-Print correspondences documents, swift messages, payment advices, LCs, LGs etc.
-Undertake first check of documents under LC/IBC/LG application/APN Loan documents for possible discrepancies, dispatch documents for negotiation in accordance with LC terms.
