Your Role: You will be responsible to develop profitable new business and grow the existing base by selecting coaching and training the territory sales team. Market visits, distributor management, and customer interaction/negotiation to enable you to strengthen brands under you while exceeding those of the competition. Basically, all the exposure you need to form a solid foundation for your FMCG career. Support Salesman in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution, execution standards, and market credit policies.
