Quality Management:


• Implementing Quality Management System processes and procedures.
• Monitoring quality performance and recommends priorities and actions for improvement regarding Quality Management System.
• Conducting site visits and required audits/inspections/assessments in coordination with the concerned and provide his superior with reports and recommendations.
• Participating and supervise Audits/inspections related to Saudia Cargo operational areas including Cargo stations and services provided by/to Saudia Cargo in accordance with approved Safety & Quality programs.
• Following up on corrective actions to assure compliance with national/ international regulations and standards related to Quality Management.
• Implementing appropriate risk identification and measurement methodologies to proactively recommend solutions to Quality Management.
• Following-up on operational abnormalities related to safety & quality with concerned departments on regular basis.
• Supervising and monitoring performance in order to ensure optimum level of safety, quality and productivity is achieved.
• Developing, maintaining, and controlling Quality Department manual system including policies, processes and procedures.
• Establishing and developing documentation programs to ensure continual improvement and enhancement within QHSE.
• Determining the contributing factors and root causes of failures in services/products and suggest the required corrective actions.
• Advising management on regulations and/or industry standards relating to quality, and recommending necessary action to attain compliance.
• Assisting in monitoring compliance of QMS, IOSA, ISAGO and ISO requirements in affected department and stations (domestic & international).
• Monitoring existing and potential Quality concerns and recommends priorities for resolution.
• Encouraging appropriate Quality compliance behavior and culture by effective communication and dissemination of compliance strategy, policy, and processes.
• Assists in development and implementation of Quality and safety Promotion programs necessary to communicate Quality requirements and issues to all staff.
• Performs any other Quality and safety related functions as directed by his superiors.
• Assist in the development of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and OLAs (Operating Level Agreements) policies, guidelines and templates to inform on process related areas that have any impact of required operating standards.

Process Excellence:

• Assist in ensuring implementation of the periodic business performance review to identify most appropriate business process areas requiring business process improvement initiatives / roadmap based on the alignment to the strategic objectives and value-added impact to station operations.
• Assist the problem solving and solution finding of the identified business process improvement areas with cross-functional teams and holistically integrate with other similar initiatives in order to leverage on the resources and ensure the action plan is designed holistically to cover all related areas.

Training Management:

• Assist Manager QHSE in the development of operating policies, procedures, plans, programs and budgets involving Job-related training activities for the different stations in the kingdom to ensure these are aligned to stations peculiarities, development levels and growth objectives.
• Assist in overseeing the implementation of training and development initiatives, providing support and guidance in the delivery as appropriate, to ensure gaps are bridged and the flow of operations is not disturbed.
• Ensuring necessary certifications are obtained and retained by staff across stations to continuously advance and maintain skill-sets required to run smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Support in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while taking into account international leading practices, improvement of business processes, and cost reduction and providing recommendation to the Manager QHSE.

Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures:

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Reports:

• Prepare departmental statements and reports timely and accurately to meet the QHSE GH requirements, policies, and standards.

Health, Safety & Environment:

• Complies with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
