1.Assess students and their needs
2.Provide support and thearapy to students in both Arabic and English
3.Diagnose speech difficulties
4.Create written treatment plan
5.Collaborate with the learning support team and teachers in order to create an active learning plan for students.
6.Actively work with the early grades to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency.
7.Know the many diagnostic tests available and be able to administer and interprete the results of those tests.
8.Provide speech therapy to students identified with special needs.
9.Track progress for all students receiving therapy.
10.Actively work within the framework of the IB system in order to support teachers in the planning stages of their lessons.
