Soft Service Trainer – The ReKruiters – Oman

Delivers trainingcourses daily at the Training center or on operationsites as appropriate
Assists team in draftingtrainingcontentand delivery outlines
Co-ordinates with the assigned departmentsto ensure trainingschedule will meet their needs
Supports senior trainersin projects to develop the Training & Quality Department
Conducts grading of exams and assessments as directed

Internal Audit
Supports the Audit team as requested to conductinternalaudits of operational sites

Self Management
Sets performancegoals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reportingmanager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year

Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiencyon all competencies and skills
required to performthe role
Identifiesthe trainingand development requirementsforself toensure on going capability development

Contributesto the identification of improvementsof systems, processes and practices to enhance business processes, cost reductionand productivity
Follows allrelevant DepartmentUnit policies,processes,standard operating procedures andinstructions so that work iscarriedoutinacontrolled and consistentmanner

PreparesallDepartmentUnit reports accurately inatimely mannerasper
