Social Media Executive – Bateel International – United Arab Emirates

Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. He / She is responsible for producing consistent brand message across all the social media channels by following Bateel branding guidelines. The role includes creation of content that drives and promotes Bateel as a brand and engages its customers.
Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.

• Manage the social media channels for Bateel which include Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative ideas for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Responsible for brand awareness and promotion to gain audience satisfaction and engagement
• Structure behavioural aspects of potential customers by targeting the right audience
• Manage the community and engage the customers
• Set and monitor targets based on website traffic, customer retention, online reputation, sales, and brand awareness
• Track relevant social media Influencers to enhance brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels
• Keep up to date with new changes on social media platforms to stay ahead
• Maintain and create social media performance report to depict progress
• Monitor the competitor social media sites and create analysis report
• Hiring the right social media marketer and training him/her
• Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales, traffic and engagement
• Responding to mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the users
• Assist with general day to day administrative tasks
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with product release, new menus, ad campaigns, and other brand messages
• Analyse social media campaigns to determine areas for social media campaign improvement, gather visitor’s data, costs and returns
• Coordinate assignments with the agency and act a link between Bateel and the agency
