SERVICE MANAGER – WOC – Saudi Arabia


JOB SUMMARY:


A Service Manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, installation, setup, maintenance and repairs of various coffee machines, water machine equipment and beverage equipment. Also, responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of day-to-day activities of the service department.
  • Assigning and direct technicians to do service tasks and monitor the progress of all projects.
  • Monitor employees work and provide frequent progress reports.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns to maintain good customer relationships.
  • Handling customer service and repair calls.
  • Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps and dealers.
  • Managing and updating invoices, processing new orders.
  • Maintain inventories, ordering repair parts and keeping service records.
  • Resolving service department problems and improving service methods.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Control the service department resources and utilise assets.
  • Helping to train new employees.
