Service Advisor (Call Center) – Warba Bank – Kuwait


JOB PURPOSE:


Provide customers with support, consultation, and guidance for all bank products and services via phone and digital media as a receiver.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer queries and questions accurately to assure high customer awareness.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the products & services that suits customers profile and needs increase customer loyalty.
  • Cross sell bank product and services to generate sales leads.
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot on spot aiming for a quick kill of issues.
  • Handle customer requests during the call if possible or delegate to back office for support to assure proper execution of the request.
