The Senior Specialist/ Specialist must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who will support the Section Head – HR in implementing the strategy for specific functions within HR including, Recruitment & Immigration, Talent Management and, HR Operations.
Candidates will be responsible to design HR policies and procedures for specific HR functions as well as, general HR administration. The Senior Specialist/ Specialist – HR will advise and provide support to all employees within school and departments at CNA-Q on issues related to HR policies, procedures and systems.
The Senior Specialist/ Specialist – HR should have strong previous experience working in a generalist HR role. The candidate should also have sound knowledge about general HR processes, using HRIS systems and software and, maintaining employee records.
