Senior HR Officer (Employee Relations & OD) – Kuwaiti or GCC National – Kuwait

 Enforce HR policies and procedures, explain and make sure that the employees comply with the employee handbook.


 Develop and implement the Performance Management System in line with the policies, in liaison with the HR Manager.

 Provide Department Heads with performance evaluation forms, provide assistance throughout the performance evaluation process and collect the final forms once they are filled.

 Review the final performance results and discuss the same with the HR Manager for approval

 To identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.

 Provide the support needed to help employees in performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

 Negotiate staff complaints and act on resolving the same in coordination with the HR Manager in order to ensure professional and healthy work relations.

 To conduct investigations with the legal team

 Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
