• Support management and sales team during the ICP process, Monthly Business Planning Cycle, and during Top management visits
• Support the preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen and calculation of Sales force incentive payout.
• New customer creation on SAP along with legal papers control, credit limits setting and risk category revision
• Collection List for sales representatives, filing and archiving of invoice receipts and credit notes
• Ensure timely extension of new regular and promotional materials
• Issuing internal memos relating to trade deals/discounts/GPR, and promotional launches
• Price List Maintenance and Staff Sales
• Creating Purchase Requests for Media related activities and PO for promotions manipulation
• Provide all required Sales Performance reports as needed.(Daily / Weekly / Monthly). Sales by Brand / SKU / Channel / Customer..
• Providing specific reports: CCS, DD Dashboard, DD call and strike rate, Confectionary Fridges Report, RIG report, TTS and PFME reports, Top materials and Top customers report, Best Sales Estimate
Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets
• Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
• Generating and gathering leads for possible sales
• Inputting and reporting data via company sales platform
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by telephone, and personal visits
• Make optimal use of marketing plans and materials and ensure that same are always kept up to date.
• Assist in preparing tenders and quotations in cooperation with the operations and quoting department for both local and overseas accounts.
