Sales Representative – Luxury Watches – Qatar
-Receive and greet customer and define their needs and requirements.
-Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
-Answer customers’ questions to queries about the store or the merchandise.
-Effectively communicate brand related information to the customers.
-Help customers try on or fit merchandise.
-Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
-Ensure display shelves are adequately stocked and merchandised as per Darwish or brand specific guidelines.
-Replenish shelves as per the policies and procedures of the Retail Division in a timely and efficient manner.
-Ensure all items on the shelves are tagged and correctly priced.
-Report observations to the Sales Supervisor regarding outdated product,unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements
-Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
