Direct and oversee an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommended enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Capable of handling new and current running projects in the local market. Must have knowledge about stainless steel, mild steel and galvanized steel with their respective details and durability. Well-known of variety of Kitchen concepts, practices and procedures. Familiar with the fire-proofing of metal structures.
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity in the kitchen sales. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy Kitchen’s and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
