Sales Manager-Health App – RASA COMMUNICATION CO., LTD. – Saudi Arabia

Key Role:

• Achieve the sales and revenue target

• Cultivate prospect relationships

• Client satisfaction management



• Deliver against sales and revenue targets

• Identify opportunities and qualify leads which can lead to successful businesses

• Efficiently respond to any enquiries in a calm and friendly manner

• Coordinate and communicate with sales team for the technicalities

• Calculate related projects cost, profit margins, discounts and selling price

• Prepare and submit technical proposal and commercial offers for customers

• Negotiate commercial offer and payment terms with partner companies

• Prepare POs, manage and control products deliveries to partner companies

• Update product delivery status to clients regularly

• Prepare delivery notes and customer satisfaction survey for clients

• Maintain all the sales documentation in accordance with the processes

• Input and maintain sales pipelines for all the enquiries

• Support sales team for change orders

• Identify and manage partners for E health app and services

• Report and forecast accurately on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis


• Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time submissions of tenders, proposals, submittals and commercial offers to clients
