Sales Executive – Six Direction Trading – Saudi Arabia

Represent the Company in the sales of its Products ethically, professionally keeping clients always aware of our Product’s competitive advantages and maintaining a close relationship to generate business for the Company and keep Company’s clients satisfied. In general, always generate new clients for the Company Products, conclude and exceed sales targets, provide clients with Company Products services, ensure spot and strategic sales visits to clients, etc … He must be able to understand all Company’s Products and their competitive advantages. Manage, interprets, Persuade, Negotiate with Clients and continuously support Clients’ requirements at the place, time and manner as instructed by the Company or its representatives. Able to realize risks, costs and calculate Clients’ offers in line with Company’s guidelines (written & oral). Negotiates contract terms & Conditions, obtaining help from his immediate supervisor where necessary and respecting boundaries as per Company’s Guidelines. Develop extensive market knowledge on respective market segments, competition, market potentials, and analysis changing market conditions.

· Generating leads

· Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

· Preparing marketing & sales docs (submittals) in line with the Company’s guidelines

· Preparing & Review daily operation transaction/documents (MR/ Offers/ DO)

· Helping other staff with deliveries & Collection where required

· Helping to persuade customers to make a purchase.

· Update customer records in the company database in line with the Company’s best practices

· Preparing weekly & monthly reports and monitor his sales progress to the payment stage

· Maintain client’s records & Company accurate records in line with the Company’s guidelines
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Communicate with customers and provide answers to Customers’ basic procedural questions to ensure their satisfaction with the Company’s services.

· Provide information on each visit showing the level and impact of the person met

· Meeting or exceed sales goals

· Helping to determine the best pricing schedule for quotes and negotiation keys & required promotions.

· Coordinating sales efforts with Company’s marketing programs

· Participate & Contribute to the Company’s annual Strategic Planning

· Conduct sales presentations to new prospective customers

· Prepare Annual sales & objectives for Products assigned

· Answering customers’ questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Participate in Exhibitions, Shows and or Products shows to customers

· Prepare or participate in Company’s Products Pricing and negotiation strategies as may be required by Company

· Review sales contracts/Agreements/orders and negotiate terms and conditions that have no legal or financial obligation on the Company and obtain his supervisor concurrent
Manage and or train new sales staff
