· Key Account Management: Maintain a good healthy relationship with owners of Home Appliances dealers and their sales teams for facilitating as well as increasing our product sales. Also regularly meet all key decision makers to plan any possible promotion activities.
· Tactical Promotions: Liaise between dealer channel and Management to plan and implement key tactical promotions.
· Adequacy of displays: Ensuring our products are properly displayed at dealer outlets to enable customers have a positive look and feel.
· Adequacy of stocks: Ensure that ideal inventory is maintained by all designated dealers. Also ensure stock ageing is controlled for all dealers.
· Dealer’s sales force management: Regular interaction with dealer sales team on all possible issues and extend best possible technical support. Also guide to enhance their sales performance for achieving the set targets.
· Documentation: Generation, distribution and archiving of sales transaction related documents as per company policy
· Payment collection: Ensure accuracy of all transactions for all accounts and follow-up with their Owners / Finance Team for timely collection of all outstanding and account reconciliation.
· Market survey: Competition Activities / Market Prices / Customer satisfaction / Avenues for expansion and growth.
· Organizational Requirements: Budget inputs for sales forecasting, Achieving set targets, adhering to corporate policies, HSE policies, code of ethics, quality policies.
