Sales Executive Hospitality Supplies & Services – Kuwait

A premium Hospitality supplies & services ( A complete solutions provider to Hotels, F&B , Healthcare and many other potential sectors) , is seeking an experienced Sales Executive preferably from same industry , who will be responsible for developing business, achieving organization goals and providing excellent customer service
The role would primarily be to market and sell complete hospitality solutions products & services to hotels, hospitals and other potential customers with the aim of winning new business. In continuous contact with customers to fix appointments and give presentation of company profile to their management and ensure their inquiries, orders, quotations and problems (if they may have) are handled properly and timely in addition to the following:

Job Description

  • Grow business by targeting new business opportunities including cold calling, networking and social media
  • Develop a sales plan and strategy to meet objectives
  • Maximize revenue from potential client and meet revenue-based targets
  • Provide excellent customer service through responsiveness, quality and product knowledge
  • Promote a professional company image through prompt, thorough and courteous prospect interactions
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and submitting proposal to the client
  • Evaluating, analyzing and reporting changes in the market (prices, competition, customers) for the management
  • Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships
  • Participate in training to develop expertise in hospitalizes service products and services
  • Participate in trade shows to promote company’s products and to develop sales leads 
  • Feeding future buying trends to management
