The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various product categories under water treatment solutions and in sales of chemicals.
To be able to put together design and built water treatment solutions for RO plants and STPs. The candidate should be experienced in selling both domestic and commercial projects including medical ROs.
Should have experience in selling dosing systems for chilled water and boiler applications and knowledge on flushing of HVAC systems would be an advantage.
We are also looking for candidate who has experience in selling chemicals for HVAC and other dosing applications.
Ensuring sales achievement or exceed sales target as per monthly/yearly objectives of the Department.
Developing new customers and new avenues for products.
Ensuring timely payment collections & and to ensure department profitability.
Generate profitability from each sales account and build a balanced portfolio of clients across industries & geographies to de-risk revenue growth.
Identify and develop new market & client opportunities ,
Track competitors and their strategies to build on company’s market share on each product category.
The role acts as the functional sales generator with clear understanding of organizations operational policies. The role aims to ensure that the customers are provided with best solutions which prescribes the feature benefit analysis and also indicates the necessary commercial aspects involved.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Optional PG in Marketing/Business Administration is an advantage
Experience in gulf with valid Oman/Middle East driving license preferred.
4-6 years in Water Treatment Project sales. (Application Sales/Marketing)
