Sales & Customer Service Representative – Sharaka Holdings – Qatar

General Aim of Position:


Promoting company services and increasing sales through attract new clients and achieving the assigned targets; and maintain current clients through providing excellent customer services to maximize customer satisfaction.

Reporting to: Customs Clearance Team Leader

Main Tasks:

1- Promote company services and achieving assigned monthly and annual targets.
2- Attracts potential customers and maintain current customers.
Detailed tasks: Sales (60%)
1- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer in order to
achieve revenue growth and increase profitability.
2- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about company services.
3- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries and providing customers with quotations.
4- Negotiating contracts, price, delivery, close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
5- Promote services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
6- Creating invoices and sending out to customers following a sale.
7- Achieving assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.
8- Maintaining accurate sales records.
9- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
10- Reviewing sales performance and provide appropriate feedback and reports about sales.

 

Customers Services (40%)
1- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
2- Arrange meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
3- Manage customers’ accounts, open new accounts for new customers, and following up with past customers and updating databases.
4- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
5- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, and issue reports on overall customer satisfaction
6- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events, demonstrating and presenting
services.

Liaison: internally with GM, custom clearance Team Leader, Head of Accounts, HR & Admin Manager, and other based on company policy. Externally with customers, and public relations and advertising companies.
