Sales Co-ordinator- Automotive Division (Omani's only) – Oman

  • Coordinating with Finance Companies/Banks for Finance Approvals & Responsible for completion of Checklist.

  • Coordinating with the sales team, after sales, logistics & administration departments for preparation of vehicles for delivery.
  • Coordinating with Insurance companies for vehicle insurance.
  • Coordinating with the PRO, administration & Sales Team for registration of vehicles.
  • Preparation and submission of periodical reports.
  • Preparation and maintenance of files keeping in view the importance / secrecy and the category of the subject matter.
  • Preparation of various internal documents as required.
  • Attend to Internal and External Audits and prepare necessary clarifications based on queries.
  • Liaison with branches and other departments.
  • Take up any additional responsibility as assigned by the department head
