- Coordinating with Finance Companies/Banks for Finance Approvals & Responsible for completion of Checklist.
- Coordinating with the sales team, after sales, logistics & administration departments for preparation of vehicles for delivery.
- Coordinating with Insurance companies for vehicle insurance.
- Coordinating with the PRO, administration & Sales Team for registration of vehicles.
- Preparation and submission of periodical reports.
- Preparation and maintenance of files keeping in view the importance / secrecy and the category of the subject matter.
- Preparation of various internal documents as required.
- Attend to Internal and External Audits and prepare necessary clarifications based on queries.
- Liaison with branches and other departments.
- Take up any additional responsibility as assigned by the department head
