• Manage all areas of the operations which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, full interaction with the customers and their needs. Ensuring that the restaurant is making maximizing profit, which is the focus while enforcing hygiene standards and quality.
• Manage staff which includes schedule shifts, assess staffing needs and performance. Proper manpower planning and recruit of staff. Manage and maintain company assets appropriately.
• Manage purchasing, storage, inventory, preparation, cooking, handling and additionally monitor serving of all food and beverage to make sure correct recipe, portion and additionally hygiene are met. Continues development of menu and recipes.
• Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant including the handling orders through the Point Of Sale (POS) machine. You will be also responsible for opening and closing Restaurant daily account. Provide support during P&L statements and financial reviews.
• Organize direct training programs for staff within the restaurant. Always maintain spotlessly clean safe restaurant. Ensure highest quality levels of products hospitality.
