Our company is looking for Recruitment Specialist to take charge of all aspect of issuing and hiring of new labours from India, Bangladesh, Sri Laka, Nepal, …etc. The company will request for visas and the processing officer will be responsible of all procedures.With the growth of our company, the recruitment specialist is responsible to keep up with the labor demand for every coming months that match the company plan.
– Takes all procedures required once the company issue the visas.
– Follow up and do delinquency procedures with offices in india, Bengal, or any country the company issue visas.
– To make sure all requirements needed for labors to match the company requests.
– To be updated with all processes involving in selecting labors from these countries.
– Build good relationships with offices in these countries.
– To do online interviews with selected candidates those will work in Saudi.
– To keep updates and communication channels with employer offices.
– Plan and follow up on these plan to reach the target of hiring monthly.
– To manage and organize the documentations needed for candidates to come to Saudi.
– Manage he dates and time of arrival for labors.
– To make sure all legal documents are well submitted for governmental approval.
