Job Description:

Working in a team structure with like-minded professionals, you will focus
on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to help our
clients and candidates to fulfil their employment and career needs. You will
take responsibility for managing and developing existing relationships with
key clients as well as developing new relationships through business
You will work in a full 360 recruitment role meaning you will be responsible
for business development, account management, candidate sourcing, candidate
placement and candidate management. Networking with candidates and clients
frequently, organising networking events and client presentations.
Influencing candidates and clients to gather insightful information and
conversing technically about the market.

– Identify the type of clients to target.
– Research the potential clients’ company details.
– Approach the potential clients by calling them and arrange to meet
up with them.
– Meet up and deliver your presentation.
– Convince the client to give you the business.
– Get the job order and job description.
– Study the job description and the requirements of the client.
– Place advertisements.
– Source for right candidates.
– Receive resumes and Filter resumes.
– Interview candidates and Modify the resume.
– Make recommendation to client and Follow up with client.
– Arrange for the candidate to interview with client – 1st round.
– Follow up again with client.
– Arrange a 2nd interview (if any)
– Follow up again with client.
– Close case.
