[ Database Sourcing — Leveraging a company or organization’s existing database of potential talents. [ Network Sourcing — Utilizing network connections, both online and offline (LinkedIn etc.) to uncover potential candidates. [ Phone Sourcing — Cold calling or otherwise contacting potential candidates by phone.
