Greeting and Handling visitors, both internally and externally
Handling queries and appointments via phone, email and general correspondence
Diary management and management of meeting rooms
Build the rapport with the patients who visit the clinic and bit of sales & BD skills to do cross/up selling of services & health packages
Directing patients for best treatments, sorting and handing out mails, patient information, filings and setting appointments etc.
Possibly managing basis supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
Performing ad-hoc administration duties
Receiving and dispatching deliveries
Assisting with mail as required
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service.
