Receptionist – Kuwait


  • Contributes to the overall customer satisfaction through welcoming and interacting with potential customer as per company standards / best manner
  • Maintains a clean and groomed appearance, dressed in the standard uniforms

  • Interacts with customers by guiding them, facilitating with information, follow up on delays in attending to customers etc.; Initiates the contact & makes a positive impression
  • Answer calls & provide with relevant & clear information against all enquiries made by customers
  • Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available
  • Provides customers with business support materials such as handouts, catalogues, magazines when required and assist in any special request
  • Make sure reception/ waiting area in the showroom are always clean & arranged properly; coordinate with cleaners or maintenance employees to perform any related issues
  • Provide support during assessments & surveys conducted in order to enhance the customer satisfaction levels & brand image
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int’l standards, and manufacturer directions/guidelines
