Receptionist/HR & Admin Assistant – Afnan Group Holding Company – Kuwait


Require a Receptionist / Admin Assistant for our office in Hawally. Candidate should be able to join immediately.
 Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls by maintaining employee and department directories;
 Coordinate front-desk activities, including sorting and distributing mail.
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
 Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, filing, taking notes and making travel plans.
 Preparing meeting and training rooms.
 Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
 Schedule meetings and update calendars
 Assisting colleagues with administrative and secretarial tasks.
 Assisting the HR team with HR functions.
 Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
 Contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Salary: KD 350/-
