Centrally coordinate and manage purchasing for all F&B concepts and for corporate needs.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure benefits from economies of scale to drive down costs
Analyze cost structures on a regular basis and optimize

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate and identify best suppliers in terms of best quality, value for money, delivery schedules and reliability. Consolidate suppliers and prepare an ‘Approved Supplier’s List’
Forecast purchase requirements for all the concepts based on historical usage trends and budgets
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies
Manage good relationship with suppliers and negotiate prices and contracts to ensure best terms
Maintain contract files and records of items ordered and received
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
