Program Coordinator – Injaz Kuwait – Alghanim Industries – Kuwait

Coordinate day to day details of Program to meet target.

Coordination with volunteers 
-Coordinate day to day with volunteers by conducting correspondences, calls and confirm attendance
-Assist  in developing and implementing all volunteer Training program 
-Prepare Kits and deliver to volunteers
-Ensure the volunteer is ready for the program (trained, receive kits…)
-send volunteer evaluation forms to volunteers
-Greet volunteer 1st day of the session at school
-Assist Facilitators and Volunteers throughout the session
-Attend the program session(s) and Conduct the program if the volunteer don’t show up

Program implementation

-Order any needed materials for the program.
-Coordinate documents delivery with driver and ensure full understanding of desired needs 
-Ensure time management and quality of Program In the session
-Coordinate with the Marketing department on all programs sessions/workshop for communication.
-Send Thank you emails to all parties participated in the program 
-Report all progress to line manager on a regular basis

Admin coordination
-Coordinate materiel and supply delivery to the session
-Update data in the portal & scan and file verification documents 
-Printing and distribution of Certificates for Programs ( volunteers, Students, teachers …) 
-Prepare needed forms (Registration forms, pre and post evaluation forms and any needed documents)
-Perform other responsibilities & tasks as required from line manager

-Suggest and work with Line Manager on new initiatives to facilitate work operation and enhance program quality.
