QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
The chef needs to be experienced in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation and storage.
Knowledge of healthy food, e.g. Gluten free and Paleo
Conformable with all types of cooking, starters, main and deserts (all-rounder)
Should be trained in food storage and hygiene
Speciality in Mediterranean and French cuisine.
Knowledge in Arabic cuisine would be an advantage
Food presentation & etiquette
