Examples of some of the responsibilities you will be required to do are the following:
- Input patient details for registration/admission in the electronic record system
- Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to the patient
- Conduct phone calls regarding appointment times, billing issues, appointment cancellations and all related kinds of concerns
- Provide patients with standard information regarding their personal preparation for scheduled procedures
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
