Job Description :
1. Resources for L1 and L2 Support.
2. Providing technical support on Call/Chat/Emails
3. Customer & Call center work – Both Inbound and Outbound
4. Flexibility in working hours – There will be two shifts between 7:00Am to 7:00PM (hence candidates should be willing to work in any shift – and could be rotational)
5. Willing to join by 2nd week of June 2019 – post Ramadan holidays.
6. Current not taking any vacation and will need to continue upon joining without any long leaves or vacation.
7. Willing to work in EID holidays too – and they will be provided later days off as applicable.
