Officer, Customer Relations – Rental Car Division – Al-Sayer Group – Kuwait


• Remind the customers about the periodic maintenance of the rental vehicles when the vehicles are due for service.
• Receive customers for periodic service, open job card and attend customers inquiries and complaints.
• Issue Gate Passes and ensure correct distribution to facilitate the timely delivery of a customers outgoing vehicle.
• Arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the service garages.
• Follow up with the garages to check if vehicle is ready for delivery as agreed, advise the customer of any delays and the need for additional work.
• Coordinate with the drivers on car cleaning and washing after service.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer on completion of periodic maintenance.
• Receive and Close the job card on the system by enter the required data.
• Arrange and issue LPO for sub- contract jobs.
• Open job card for warranty jobs at Garage.
• Create vehicles transfer request between the locations.
• Provide replacement of vehicle for service customers if the service period is more than 2 hours.
