NCM warns sea-goers of choppy seas

Abu Dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), has warned sea-goers of the sea disturbance in the Arabian Gulf, due to the fresh northwesterly winds, which are expected to reach 24 knots.

“The wave range will be from 4 to 6 feet from Sunday 3pm to Monday 3pm,” said the NCM in a statement.

Light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times, causing blowing dust/sand.

The relative humidity will increase by night and early morning over some coastal areas. Sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in Oman Sea.
