To maximize the fleet sales contribution to the company’s profit and optimise Used car operations across Trading Enterprises Brands.
- Achieve the budgeted sales and profitability for the National Fleet Department in all UAE locations
- Introduce new initiatives and business opportunities to improve market penetration and develop and expand fleet sales
- Manage bad debts & overdue collection from corporate customers
- To manage directly through the Accounts manager’s teams all the high volume key accounts
- To Manage Government Relations, Tenders, Contracts in cooperation with the central Government Relation team.
- Coordinate with after sales department and the Corporate Aftersales Manager to enhance fleet customer satisfaction and retention
- Monthly Pricing proposal for used based on ageing and market potential
- Optimise Procurement process and set the proper KPI’s for purchasing team
- Develop and coordinate residual value indications and lead discussions with the committee till final approval.
- Explore potential Disposal channels for used cars and Buyback returns.
