– Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
– Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
– Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
– Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
– Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
– Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
– Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
– Collect and share the competitor activity report.
