- Prepare tender documents and budget for future projects such as bill of quantities, activity schedule, manpower and equipment schedule.
- Prepare variation orders for subcontractors and assist in the preparation of variation order proposals for clients.
- Assist in the efficient preparation of monthly interim certificates and progress reports.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit in a timely manner.
