Your Role: Responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the brand portfolio, adapt the global strategy to the local market and maintain the brand integrity across all marketing communication and initiatives. Develop and execute marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring its team. Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and create reports to show how brands and products are positioned in the market. Create set of key performance Indicators (KPIs) to regularly monitor the effectiveness of strategy and marketing actions, providing periodic analysis and executive summary and define communication calendar along with the promotional strategy for the year to reach the company objectives. Organise events including product launches and exhibitions. Manage, motivate, and coach team members.
