Marketing Assistant – Saudi Arabia

Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing a successful integrated marketing communication strategy, to include social media, digital marketing, event coordination and activities development.


Major Areas Of Responsibility And Results Expected

1. Work with Marketing Director to develop a marketing plan and the commercial calendar and implement and execute the plan throughout the year.
2. Developing effective corporate communication strategies
3. Track and analysis all media placement throughout the year.
4. Oversee the marketing activities and schedule and assure the commercial materials are submitted in a timely manner.
5. Oversee social media strategy and implementation for all online assets and mobile apps according to company policy and the brand guidelines.
6. Writes and edits assigned the Group online content, which may include copy for webpages, social media messages, e-newsletters and bulk communication (email, email marketing, text, etc.).
7. Reporting on activities performance, analyze data and create presentations on that analysis to deliver to upper management.
8. Create all the marketing materials that are distributed to customers, including newsletters, emails, and brochures. Also work with design teams to create other materials such as videos, social media posts and presentations.
9. Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
