ABU DHABI, 14th March, 2018 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, owner of Manchester City Football Club, met at his office on Wednesday with Pep Guardiola, Manchester City FC Manager.
The meeting was attended by Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority, EAA, and Chairman of both Manchester City FC and City Football Group.
During the meeting club’s activities in the sports, cultural, investment and social arenas as well as future plans were discussed.
Sheikh Mansour commended the great efforts exerted by football team administrators, technical staff as well as players wishing them a success and to attain more achievements with the ultimate objective of maintaining the club’s distinguished position in line with its fans aspirations.
Manchester City FC team arrived in Abu Dhabi for a five-day training break following their Monday night Premier League win against Stoke City. The team is undertaking light training and recuperation, benefiting from the Capital’s facilities and warm weather.
