Quality Assurance

  • Build, train and strengthen the Technical/Quality team to achieve International standards and recognition
  • Increase Quality Awareness throughout the Company
  • Conduct market R&D surveys to study the competitive Brands relating to Fabric, Specifications, Technical Stitching trends
  • Conduct research on the new quality processes, fit related aspects, and standardization of brands
  • Formulate and maintain quality control objectives
  • Develop test cases, checklists, test data preparation, etc to support regular data checks
  • Coordinates quality objectives with third party sourcing partners to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
  • Complete compliance audits and submit CAPs
  • Audit new or proposed suppliers and ensure profiles are in line with Company requirements
  • Regularly visit suppliers manufacturing units to build relationships
  • Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability
  • Set up control systems for approval of fits, fabrics, trims,accessories,samples, wash care instructions, and all technical aspects of styles developed for all Brands
  • Set up and control Roving QC system in Countries of manufacturing to ensure that our suppliers are maintaining our requirements
  • Standardise and establish a recognised AQL system in warehouses in all Countries of Retailing or manufacturing


Quality Control

  • Ensure multiple product testing (fits, fabrics, trims, flow etc)
  • Oversee the inspection of the merchandise in the warehouse, before the merchandise is dispatched to the shops
  • Oversee the checking of the product in the shops
  • Responsible for product defect tracking, error reporting & management through regular audits  in close coordination with development teams for multiple products
  • Ensure that quality performance reports are generated daily/weekly/monthly and that necessary feed back is reported to all Departments and Suppliers
  • Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality


People Management

  • Manage and support team  recruitment
  • Set KRA’s for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal
  • Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reportees
