1- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
2- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
3- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
4- Supervising group Finance & Accounts department for efficient and effective functioning.
5- Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group consol ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis.
6- Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers’ reconciliations etc.
7- Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card).
8- Looking after various Banking and financial matters and managing effective relationship and liaison with different financial institutions.
9- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
10- Implementing and developing accounting software and different management reports.
