Job Responsibilities:


• Properly identify and analyze training needs of the staff in order to meet such needs through well designed need based training programs.
• To upgrade the functional core banking skills and soft skills of all employees through quality training programs in a cost effective manner with greater emphasis on Core Banking training.
• To accelerate development of all MAR workforce through continuous multi channel training in classroom, on the job, online and cross functional rotational training.
• To provide ongoing training on product knowledge, needs based selling skills, service enhancement, productivity and risk containment & mitigation all towards achieving a competitive advantage for MAR
• Follow up and designing of Qatarisation plan for MAR
• Recruiting of Fresh Qatari Graduates and summer trainees for internships with MAR to provide them relevant experience in banking field.
• Organizing and participating in career fairs for the bank.
• Organizing and conducting Induction and orientation sessions for new joiners
• Planning and developing of training matrix in coordination with all departments of MAR
• To provide team building and networking programs to foster greater teamwork across all functions in the bank
