As Learning and Development Specialist you will focus on planning and executing activities around identifying the relevant skills required across the organisation, building associated capability and relevant training programmes which ensure existing skills are retained and new skills are introduced within market as required. You will support the business to identify behavioural and functional learning needs, conduct skills gap analysis, provide learning solutions accordingly (online, virtual, classroom and blended), and ensure that the business learning drives a high performance culture to support the delivery of the overall corporate strategy.
