Learning and Development Manager – Mindfield Resources – Saudi Arabia
You will be responsible for reviewing the whole training needs analysis and review the succession plans for the business and put proper development plans in place for people to know where they can progress. You will be conducting learning needs analysis, designing a range of both site based and learning based programmes, and ensuring learning agility across all disciplines, planning, mapping, and managing the development and progression of their people. Accountable for the Training Budget in line with Company expectations. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes, identifying any changes required and ensuring these are carried out to deliver training that best meets the needs of internal stakeholders.
