• installing and configuring computer systems
• Provides “help desk” service to staff.
• Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
• Tracks, supports and maintains the desktop support functions.
• Help System Administrator in implementing Operating System & security patches across the desktops.
• Development, documentation and promotion of best practice maintenance, troubleshooting procedures with respect to resolving incidents and problems user environment.
• Troubleshoots computer and printer problems and coordinates with supervisor to get external support, if necessary.
• Recommends user level computer system enhancements to better meet user needs.
• Responds to User computer problems in a timely manner.
• Manage software licenses.
• Manage and monitor the SLA of the vendors
• Reports user violations and incidents to the management
• Develop and continuously update inventory of hardware and software.
• Document all the problems reported / identified and its solutions
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Managing and Maintaining end user computer security
