\[Key Job Accountabilities
-Liaise with System Administrator to ensure setup of EDMS in conformance to NFE Onshore Project Document Management Specification
-Implement the project EDMS as a functional tool to operate Document Control Centre at Site
-Train and provide leadership to operate Document Control Centre at Site
-Develops and implement site IM Surveillance Programs per NFE Onshore IM Plan to ensures effective oversight of Contractors construction IM efforts
-Provides QIM support/advice to the Snr Document Control and site Construction Team.
-Ensures those responsible for the Site IM Surveillance Plans comply with the deliverable requirements & with the review of the findings & metrics (systematic assessments, verifications & audits)
-Provide leadership for implementing ISATE (Information Security Awareness Training and Education) awareness to Site Team
-Coordinates the activities of IM personnel to ensure a consistent, effective approach to project quality & information management
-Engage with Contractors on weekly / bi-monthly meeting to record progress, report issues and resolve day-to-day reported issues relating to QIM activities.


-Oversee the compilation and successful handover of Fabrication Record Book, System Completion Dossier and Non-DFO (Document for Operations) per Project Information Handover Procedure
