HR Organisation Development Specialist – Green Umbrella – Oman

Position: HR Specialist

Period : 12 Month Contract

Job Purpose:

Advise, create and deliver HR strategies and practices that serves the company goals.The HR Specialist shall also handle the overall evaluation of current HR setup and mechanism and propose best suitable practice

Scope of Work:

• Managing the HR Development project and ensure that the project gets executed according to the scope of work designated which includes HR Strategy, Competency Management Framework, Talent Management Framework, Succession Planning.
• Ability to develop, support and review all HR Department plans, initiatives, policies and procedures and accordingly propose a full road map of improvement implementation
• Designing learning interventions framework
• Propose tools to evaluate the effectiveness and Return on Investment of the training programs and learning interventions
• Cultivate training and development programs
• Review the performance management system and propose improvements to the current system


• Strong working knowledge and skills of different HR functions and procedures (eg: training and development, compensation and benefits, talent management etc)


• Masters in HR
• HR credentials (SHRM, CIPD etc)
