The College of the North Atlantic – Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of HR Operations Specialist in the HR Operations Department. Reporting to the HR Operations, Section Head must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the HR Operations Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who will act as a liaison between employees and the College by receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the Specialist.
Candidates will respond to the relevant employee request and provide response based on HR policy manual (e.g. Leave request, Eligibilities, transportation, etc.)
The successful candidate will support the HR Operations Section Head in updating the HR Policies and communicating changes to employees.
The successful candidate will conduct employee satisfaction surveys to assess the engagement levels of employees, analyze and share results with the HR Operations Section Head and suggest recommendations for appropriate action.
Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining employees’ electronic and physical files, as well as keeping track of employees’ information in personnel files and communication with the HRIS Senior Specialist to update and maintain employee records on the system.
The HR Operations Specialist will conduct exit interviews and support in administering severance, and assist with termination decisions and notification of termination.
